Pay for what ships
Usage pricing, the same on every plan
Your plan covers the portal and the storage. These are the only other things you pay for, and they cost the same whether you're on Starter or Scale.
Everyday orders
Included · $2.50 per order otherwisePick, pack, and ship of a one- or two-item order is included when we produce your merch. If your merch comes from another supplier, each everyday order is a flat per-order fee.
Kit assembly
$4 per kitKits with three or more items, or any order in a bulk send to twenty or more people. Boxes and mailers do not count as items.
Shipping
Carrier rate, no markupYou pay exactly what the carrier charges us on every label. Using your own carrier account costs nothing extra.
International
$5 per label + postage and duties at costCustoms paperwork and duties-prepaid delivery handled for you where the carrier supports it. Duties and taxes are passed through from the carrier invoice.
Returns
$4 per returnWe receive, inspect, restock or set aside, and update your inventory.
Extra storage
$45 per pallet per monthBeyond your plan's included pallets. Extra products beyond your plan's SKU count are $2 per month each.

Waived when your opening merch order with us is $5,000 or more. Covers catalog setup, photography, and onboarding.

Clean, labeled pallets or cartons, scheduled in advance.
- Special projects$45 per hour
Sorting, relabeling, rework, and anything custom. Estimated and approved before we start.
Month-to-month. Cancel with thirty days' notice. Your plan price is locked for twelve months from signing.
Annual plans are 10% off, on a 12-month term, billed monthly or prepaid.
Fair use. Included everyday orders cover normal program volume for each plan. If a month runs far past it, extra everyday orders bill at $2.50 each. The exact allowance is in your agreement.
