At Go Custom Merch, minimum order quantities depend on the type of customization. For screen printing on in-stock blanks (Path A), our minimum is typically 24 pieces per design. For fully custom cut-and-sew manufacturing (Path B), minimums start at 50–100 units depending on complexity. We also offer select styles with no minimums for embroidery orders. Contact us for a custom quote—we work with startups ordering 24 tees and enterprises ordering 10,000+.
Turnaround times depend on which path you choose. Path A (in-stock blanks with screen printing, embroidery, or DTG) typically ships in 10–15 business days after artwork approval. Path B (fully custom manufacturing from scratch) takes 4–8 weeks depending on fabric sourcing, sampling, and production complexity. Rush orders are available for Path A—reach out and we’ll work with your timeline.
We offer a full range of decoration methods: screen printing (ideal for bulk orders and bold graphics), embroidery (professional look for polos, jackets, and hats), DTG/direct-to-garment printing (great for photo-realistic or complex color designs), heat transfer vinyl, puff printing for raised textures, and sublimation for all-over prints. For Path B custom builds, we also do woven labels, custom tags, printed linings, and specialty finishes. We’ll recommend the best method based on your artwork, fabric, and budget.
