Never skip the sample stage. For decorated blanks, your production partner should provide a digital mockup showing your design on the actual garment. For cut-and-sew, a physical sample lets you check fit, fabric, and construction before placing a bulk order.

This is your chance to catch any issues and make adjustments. A few days spent refining the sample saves you from costly mistakes at scale.
