Timber & Ash Brewing

Crafting a Tap-to-Table Merch Experience for a Growing Brewery

Timber & Ash Brewing

Timber & Ash Brewing has built a loyal following around honest ingredients, bold flavors, and a deep connection to their community. When it came time to launch their first official merchandise line, they needed a partner who understood that every detail — from fabric to finish — had to reflect the same care they pour into every batch.

About the Project

Timber & Ash came to GoCustomMerch looking to create a full branded merchandise collection for their taproom and online store. The project included custom screen-printed t-shirts, embroidered dad hats, heavyweight embroidered crewneck sweatshirts, and branded pint glasses. The goal was to build a cohesive product line that felt premium enough to stand on its own while staying true to the brewery's rugged, handcrafted identity. Each item needed to work together as a collection — not just a set of one-offs with a logo slapped on.

Our Execution

We started with a deep dive into Timber & Ash's brand — their color palette, typography, and the rustic-meets-modern aesthetic that defines their taproom. From there, we developed print-ready artwork across all items, sourcing heavyweight cotton blanks for the tees and premium fleece for the crewnecks. The hats featured tonal embroidery for a subtle, elevated look, while the pint glasses were etched with their flagship logo.

Production was coordinated across screen printing, embroidery, and promotional goods — all managed under one roof to keep timelines tight and quality consistent. We delivered the full collection within five weeks, packaged and ready for their taproom launch event.

The Outcome

The merchandise sold out within the first two weekends of launch. Timber & Ash has since returned for seasonal drops tied to new beer releases, turning their merch program into a recurring revenue stream and a powerful brand-building tool. What started as a single collection has become an ongoing partnership — and their customers now expect new drops with every taproom event.

This project showcases how GoCustomMerch helps food and beverage brands turn merchandise into a meaningful extension of their identity — not just an afterthought.
