Tech Spek
The project included a new hire welcome kit (embroidered hoodie, screen-printed tee, branded notebook, and sticker pack), a quarterly swag drop program with rotating limited-edition items, and a milestone recognition box for work anniversaries.
We built a custom fulfillment workflow for Tech Spek — producing items in bulk, warehousing inventory, and shipping individual kits on-demand as new hires were onboarded or milestones were reached. The welcome kits were hand-assembled into branded mailer boxes with a printed welcome card. Quarterly drops were designed with fresh artwork each round, keeping the program exciting and collectible.
All production was handled across screen printing, embroidery, and promotional goods, with direct-to-door shipping managed through our logistics network. Tech Spek's HR team simply submitted a name and address — we handled the rest.
Tech Spek's Slack channels light up every time a new hire posts an unboxing photo of their welcome kit. The quarterly drops have created a sense of community and anticipation that's rare in remote-first companies. Milestone boxes have become a meaningful recognition tool — employees have shared them across LinkedIn and social media, generating organic employer brand visibility.
