High Volume Order to Accommodate RSA Conference 2025

N-able, a global leader in IT management and security software, partnered with GoCustomMerch to create a curated collection of branded merchandise for a large-scale internal and partner-facing campaign.

About the Project

For N-able, The objective was to deliver a unified, elevated merchandise experience across both apparel and promotional goods. The order included 3,000 pairs of fully customized socks with branded packaging, 800 screen-printed t-shirts, 100 engraved YETI Ramblers, and 100 lightweight Adidas jackets featuring precision embroidery. The variety of materials and production techniques required specialized handling, attention to detail, and a streamlined workflow — all while maintaining brand consistency.

Our Execution

Our team led the project from concept to completion, beginning with design mockups and approvals to align with N-able’s brand standards. We sourced high-quality blanks across apparel and accessories, and coordinated with our production partners to execute a combination of screen printing, custom knitting, embroidery, and laser engraving. Each piece was designed to feel intentional, premium, and cohesive within the full kit.

Despite the diversity of products and a compressed schedule, we completed the entire order within six to eight weeks — including manufacturing, packaging, and final delivery. This involved managing multiple production timelines in parallel, ensuring quality control at every step, and aligning with N-able’s internal rollout schedule.

The Outcome

The final merchandise kit delivered a high-impact, brand-forward experience that met N-able’s expectations across the board. From the textured detail of the woven socks to the sleek finish of the embroidered jackets and precision-engraved YETI Ramblers, every item communicated care, professionalism, and brand pride. The campaign was received enthusiastically by team members and partners alike, reinforcing N-able’s internal culture while strengthening its external brand presence.
