Mason Fields Architecture

The project included embroidered performance polos for site visits, custom embroidered quarter-zip pullovers for the office, screen-printed heavyweight tees for casual Fridays, and premium embroidered outerwear for the leadership team. Every item was designed to feel architectural in its simplicity — clean, structured, and intentionally understated. The firm also requested branded tote bags and notebooks for client-facing presentations.

We developed a brand-consistent system across all items, using a single embroidery colorway and placement standard that carried through polos, quarter-zips, and outerwear. The polos used a performance moisture-wicking fabric suited for on-site visits. Quarter-zips were selected in a soft-shell midweight that transitioned seamlessly from office to client dinner.
Totes and notebooks were customized with debossed logos for a tactile, premium finish. All items were individually packed and shipped to each of the three office locations, with inventory allocated by headcount per location.

Mason Fields now presents a unified brand identity regardless of which office a team member is based in. The apparel program has become part of their internal culture — new hires receive a branded kit on day one, and the leadership outerwear has become a coveted item within the firm. Clients have commented on the team's polished, consistent appearance at site visits and presentations.
This project highlights how GoCustomMerch helps professional firms build branded apparel programs that strengthen team identity and reinforce brand presence across multiple locations.
